From the President:
Hello Neighbors! I hope this letter finds everyone doing well. Fall is definitely in the air, and with it comes leaves and pine straw. Let’s all remember to keep our yards as neat as possible. I know all of the rain that we have been getting makes this chore difficult at times, but let’s do our best to keep our neighborhood looking great!
We have had a few complaints about people speeding in the neighborhood, particularly in the mornings. The Marietta Police have been contacted and will be running radar in the neighborhood in the next few weeks. So…speeders beware!
As always, if you should ever have any comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me. My home phone number is (770) 420-3484. Take care, and I will see you around the neighborhood!

Pet Needs Home
Hello! My name is Kudzu. I’m a three-and-half-year-old beagle/basset mix. My human is about to retire to a condominium in Salt Lake City that doesn’t accept children or pets, so I’ll be interviewing applicants for a new human. I’m neutered, I am up-to-date with all of my vaccinations, and I’m current on my flea, tick, and heartworm medications. I’m a Capricorn who enjoys long walks and quiet evenings at home. I have a small inheritance which includes an over-sized travel crate. If you would like to schedule an interview please ask for Mike at 770-423-1635. (I don’t answer the phone; it’s the opposable digits thing you know.)
