Attention Pet Owners
From a Neighbor
This is a plea to the people who do not clean up after their dogs while walking them in the neighborhood. This is so inconsiderate and I am asking you to please start carrying a plastic bag with you and clean up after your pet. My yard is littered with other people’s dog poop. I don’t know if this is from dogs being let out at night on their on or people walking their dogs and not cleaning it up but, either way, it is very unsanitary and so rude. I have given up trying to walk my dog in the area next to the tennis courts because that is also littered with dog poop. Show some respect and clean up after your pets, please. And for those who let your dogs run at night, not only are you being inconsiderate but you are putting your pet in danger.

Hello! My name is Kudzu. I’m a three-and-half-year-old beagle/basset mix. My human is about to retire to a condominium that doesn’t accept children or pets, so I’ll so be interviewing applicants for a new human. I’m neutered, I am up-to-date with all of my vaccinations, and I’m current on my flea, tick, and heartworm medications. I’m a Capricorn who enjoys long walks and quiet evenings at home. I have a small inheritance which includes an over-sized travel crate and an XXL Dogloo. If you would like to schedule an interview please ask for Mike at 770-423-1635. (I don’t answer the phone; it’s the opposable digits thing you know.)
Summer Tutoring
By St. Joesph's School Teacher. Summer re-teaching, brush-up, review, etc. is again being offered here in Lee's Crossing. Please contact Barb at 770-423-1895. I can be flexible with hours, days, etc. - working around vacations and camps. We can come up with a program for your child to best prepare him/her for the Fall school year, especially in areas of concern...or even just concentrate on Study Skills. Many become "rusty" in the few short months of summer vacation !!!
Babysitting
Hi, my name is Larson Eckford and I have grown up in Lee’s Crossing. If you have a need for babysitting during the day or evening, give me a call. I love kids and they always have a good time with me. You can reach me at home (770) 421-9738 or email at Eckford3@att.net.
Will Clean Mailboxes
Matt and Emily Filer are
residents of Lee’s Crossing and are saving for cars. Let them bleach, clean, and paint your
mailbox (parents will supervise). They
will use approved paint from the neighborhood.
If you received a letter from the
homeowner's association, let them know the date you must have your mailbox
painted to avoid fines. $20 Call

I Recommend……
Tom Klein says “Based upon a recommendation in the June Newsletter, I called upon Tony Kabchef (kabchefpc@bellsouth.net/770-426-7208) to rid my PC of an operating problem. Just as the previous writer suggested, he is a skilled individual and was able to put my machine on the right track. It runs better now than when it was new. Thank you for the tip, neighbor!”
