Monthly
Newsletter February 2010
Hello Neighbors!
I hope this letter
finds everyone doing well and enjoying the first part of a great year!
Please remember that
the Homes Association assessments are due today. If you have not mailed your payment yet
please do so as soon as possible.
We have had several
complaints recently about people not picking up after their dogs. If you are a dog owner, please be considerate
of your neighbors and clean up behind your pet.
In the past month
there has been some minor vandalism around the neighborhood. If you or anyone you know witness anyone
committing an act of vandalism please contact me or another board member
immediately.
As always, if you
should ever have any comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to call
me. My home phone number is (770)
420-3484. Take care, and I will see you
around the neighborhood!

through the neighborhood. Dog poop is
not just irritating; it is unhealthy for other pets, for people and the

I Recommend……
Tom Klein says, “If you have a balky, slow, sluggish or infected PC, you need help. Call Tony Kabchef at 770-426-7208 or kabchefp@bellsouth.net. He is honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He has helped me and he can help you. I have had problems in the past and he has been able to clean up the mess and show me ways to keep my machine in good working order with tips on free software.”
Tucker McQueen would like to recommend Sue Madison's Pilates Fusion classes. “I can tell a difference in how I look and
feel since I started in October.” The studio is five minutes from Lee's
Crossing at Prima Ballet off
Greg and Diana Black highly recommend Kevin Knowles for jobs such as gutter repair and cleaning, bathroom caulking, minor roof repairs and general maintenance. He’s also available for heavier yard work beyond what a mowing/landscaping crew might do. Affordable and reliable, Kevin goes the extra mile. Contact Kevin Knowles: 770.403.2503.
