From the President:
The Board has engaged David Waldrep as our new community manager for the enforcement of architectural controls and community standards with his starting date August 1.
David is a long time resident of Lee’s Crossing, a prior member of the Board and a past President of the Association. He has a wealth of experience in general contracting and association management. David will also be taking the Community Asset Manager course offered by the Georgia State Board of Realtors.
We expect that David will bring a level of energy, organization and caring for the neighborhood that has been missing of late.
David’s contact information will be provided later in this newsletter. The Director on the Board responsible as liaison with the manager will remain Erroll Eckford.
